RONALD V. LARSON, PARTNER
Litigating complex business and commercial cases since 1995, Ron joined Grant Genovese & Baratta in 2000 where he became a partner in 2006 and maintains a thriving litigation practice. Ron regularly serves as first chair trial counsel for the firm’s business and corporate clients, which include real estate developers, entrepreneurs, manufacturers and numerous other businesses throughout Southern California. Ron also maintains an appellate practice with the firm and regularly handles appeals in state and federal appellate courts in California.
Since 1999, Ron has taught as an adjunct professor at Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California, where he teaches courses in business and corporate law including the law of agency, partnerships and corporations and the fiduciary duties of agents, directors and officers, shareholder voting, corporate transactions and litigation.
In addition to teaching and his law practice, Ron also served as trial counsel in the JAG Corps with the United States Army Reserve for 10 years and continues an active involvement with veterans’ organizations, including AMVETS.
