Tyler M. Ross is the managing partner of the insurance and tort litigation practice at Grant, Genovese & Baratta, LLP.

Mr. Ross provides clients with zealous advocacy through all phases of litigation and is one of the primary lead trial attorneys in the insurance and tort litigation practice group. Mr. Ross oversees a significant portion of the firm’s automobile insurance defense practice, including high-exposure claims involving catastrophic personal injuries, spinal injuries, orthopedic injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. He also defends governmental entities and school districts in claims of personal injuries including sexual abuse and sexual molestation. He has provided training and seminars to claims departments of insurance companies regarding the analysis and valuation of all types of injury cases. Mr. Ross prides himself on developing strong relationships with clients and claims professionals throughout the entirety of their cases.

Mr. Ross graduated from the University of Southern California in 2010 and later obtained his JD/MBA from Loyola Law School in 2013.  After law school, Mr. Ross practiced as a plaintiff’s litigator, specializing in a wide range of high-profile entertainment client matters, complex business litigation involving SEC enforcement actions and real property disputes, personal injury actions, and labor and employment cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination, among others. In 2015, he joined Grant, Genovese & Baratta, LLP as an associate attorney.
