Patricia Hori is an associate attorney at Grant, Genovese, & Baratta. Patricia joined the litigation department in 2025 as a post-bar law clerk. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Mathematics. Upon graduation, Patricia joined Teach for America and taught high school mathematics in Jackson, Mississippi. As a teacher, she gained valuable advocacy skills and learned how to manage multiple personalities — students and adults.
Patricia’s advocacy experience has prepared her to fight for her clients to achieve efficient results.
Patricia attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. During law school, Patricia gained court experience through the Juvenile Innocence and Fair Sentencing Clinic, where she advocated for her clients in their resentencing and parole hearings. She was also a Research Assistant for Professor Christopher Cormier, whose expertise lies in the intersectionality between race and special education. Patricia enhanced her legal writing skills by adapting Dr. Cormier’s academic publications to a law review format. Through her work, she gained recognition and was invited to speak at Loyola Marymount University’s A Neighborly Conversation: Disability Studies in Los Angeles.
