Milton V. Fajardo knew he wanted to become an attorney when he participated in a mock trial at the age of ten. Milton, who played the part of defense counsel during the mock trial, received a special award at the conclusion of the trial. He was instantly fascinated with both the law and with the idea of becoming an attorney.  He realized his life-long dream in 2001, when he became a member of the State Bar of California.

Milton Fajardo joined Grant, Genovese & Baratta, LLP in December, 2005.  He practices in the firm’s insurance and litigation department, which is headed by senior partner James M. Baratta. During his extensive tenure with the firm, Mr. Fajardo has been involved in numerous complex matters involving catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death and defamation. Mr. Fajardo has second-chaired or personally tried numerous cases to verdict.

Since being admitted to the State Bar of California, Milton has developed a reputation as an aggressive, but fair-minded litigator. He works tirelessly to ensure that his clients obtain the best possible results. As a result of Milton’s efforts and dedication, he has developed a knack for producing client-centered results.
