Kurt Summers is a Senior Associate at Grant, Genovese, & Baratta. He advises companies across a wide range of industries, focusing on private stock and asset sales, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Mr. Summers also advises and represents emerging ventures, middle-market companies and investors in connection with a variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including shareholder and operating agreements, equity purchase and redemption agreements, and channel-related agreements including manufacturing, distribution, supply, and sales agreements.

He is a member of the Bars of California and New York.

Mr. Summers received his law degree magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Economics, from Saint Lawrence University. After receiving his law degree, he spent several years in Washington, D.C. as associate general counsel to the U.S. General Services Administration and as general counsel to several emerging technology firms. Before founding Callari & Summers in April of 2004, Mr. Summers was a corporate attorney in Gibson Dunn’s Orange County office.
