Cindy M. Park

Cindy Park is a seasoned business litigator with more than two decades of experience handling complex business litigation disputes. Cindy joined Grant, Genovese & Baratta in 2001 and was a Partner of the Business Litigation team from 2008 through 2013 during which she second chaired four bench trials and two trials. She has re-joined the firm as Of Counsel. Cindy brings substantial judicial experience from her tenure as a Senior Research Attorney with the Orange County Superior Court.

Cindy’s areas of practice include all facets of business, real estate, contract, unfair competition, corporate, partnership, employment, business torts, trademark, copyright, intellectual property, and trade secret disputes.

Cindy earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from U.C.L.A. in International Economics with a concentration on East Asia.
