Eric A. Ybarra is an associate attorney at Grant, Genovese & Baratta, joining the firm’s personal injury and insurance litigation department in April of 2021.  Prior to joining Grant, Genovese & Baratta, Eric handled business litigation cases, representing small to medium sized businesses throughout the country in both state and federal court.  Eric graduated from the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University, here in Orange County in 2020, where he focused primarily on constitutional law and heavily studied trends of law in decision by the United States Supreme Court.  Now continuing to focus on defense litigation, Eric uses his diverse experience to aggressively and effectively advocate for his clients each day.
