- Successful jury verdict in tragic residential fire case involving burn injuries and death of a minor;
- Motion for summary judgment granted in workplace injury skylight case in which plaintiff suffered severe spinal, cranial, and brain injuries
- Motion for summary judgment in matter involving industrial accident wherein plaintiff was crushed between 22,000 lb. utility reels leading to a cost-of-defense settlement against an eight-figure demand;
