Our appellate attorneys have served clients at the highest levels of the state and federal courts throughout California. We have worked with Fortune 500 companies in opposing and drafting writs and appeals cognizant of legal implications of resulting opinions spanning into the next generations of precedent. The head of the Appellate Practice Group, Lance D. Orloff, has been certified as an appellate specialist by the California State Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization—an honor bestowed on approximately 300 attorneys throughout the State.
