

Victoria Rodrigues is an associate attorney at Grant, Genovese & Baratta, where she practices in the firm’s insurance litigation department. She initially joined the firm in August 2025 as a post-bar law clerk before being admitted to practice.
Victoria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside in 2019. During her undergraduate studies, she was recognized on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society. She received her Juris Doctor from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2025 and subsequently passed the July 2025 California Bar Examination.
While in law school, Victoria was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts and received multiple merit-based scholarships. She participated in the International Criminal Law Clinic, where she contributed to drafting and publishing the first legal handbook addressing the Russian-Ukrainian War. Victoria was actively involved in student leadership and served on the boards of the International Law Society and the National Lawyers Guild. She also served as a mentor in her law school’s mentorship program, providing academic and social support to first-year law students.
Prior to joining Grant, Genovese & Baratta, Victoria gained broad legal experience across multiple practice areas with the goal of developing a diverse and well-rounded legal skill set. She worked extensively in civil rights and employment litigation, assisting on significant matters including wrongful death and excessive force cases, as well as a Fourth Amendment class action with over 300 class members. Her experience also includes family and education law, where she worked on adoption, special education, assisted reproduction, Title XI, and education-related matters. Additionally, she has experience in personal injury and public interest law, including work on a wrongful eviction class action representing unhoused individuals in Orange County.
