Rex P. Edwards

Rex Edwards is a Senior Associate at Grant, Genovese, & Baratta and has practiced law in Southern California for over 25 years. He is an experienced corporate transactional attorney with a broad background in complex commercial contracts, real estate, licensing, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Edwards has served as an associate at several firms in California. He has also held in-house legal positions at Terra Vista Management, Jazz Semiconductor, Qualcomm, NextWave Wireless, and Memec (Acquired by Avnet in 2005). This diverse experience across a variety of industries provides unique insight when counseling clients. Mr. Edwards has a proven track record of managing complex transactions totaling more than two billion dollars for an assortment of companies, entrepreneurs and investors.

Mr. Edwards attended the University of Southern California, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business (Real Estate) from the University of Arizona, where he ran varsity track.  He earned a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law.
