TYLER M. ROSS joined Grant, Genovese & Baratta, LLP in November, 2015. He is admitted to practice in both California and New York.

Mr. Ross graduated from the University of Southern California in 2010 and later obtained his JD/MBA from Loyola Law School in 2013.  After law school, Mr. Ross practiced as a plaintiff’s litigator, specializing in a wide range of high-profile entertainment client matters, complex business litigation involving SEC enforcement actions and real property disputes, personal injury actions, and labor and employment cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination, among others. In his first year of practice, Mr. Ross second-chaired a four-day bench trial, resulting in a favorable $9,350,000 verdict.   

Now specializing as a defense litigator, Mr. Ross provides clients with zealous advocacy through all phases of litigation.  Mr. Ross oversees a significant portion of the firm’s automobile insurance defense practice, including high-exposure claims involving catastrophic personal injuries, spinal injuries, orthopedic injuries, and traumatic brain injuries.  He has provided training and seminars to claims departments of insurance companies regarding the analysis and valuation of traumatic brain injury cases.  Mr. Ross prides himself on developing strong relationships with clients and claims professionals throughout the entirety of their cases.
