JAIME D. BANFIELD, ASSOCIATE

Jaime Banfield focuses her practice on real estate and business transactional matters. Jaime first joined the firm in 2020 as a contract attorney and in 2021 joined as an Associate, after a long career as Chief Legal Counsel to privately held and publicly-traded companies in a variety of industries, including residential and commercial real estate development, franchise-style restaurant, and nutritional supplement manufacturing.  She has facilitated land and company acquisitions, subdivisions, secured financing for businesses, and coordinated all aspects of retail, office, mixed-use and other commercial and industrial leasing.

As former in-house counsel, and as a licensed California Real Estate Broker, MBA, and former company President and CEO, Jaime possesses in-depth insight into the business aspects of the transactions she handles. Her business savvy and firsthand knowledge of the needs of real estate and business professionals have helped her devise practical, creative and effective solutions for her clients.
