Robin Webb joined the firm in 1999. She practices as a trial attorney and insurance coverage counsel in a variety of civil litigation matters including equestrian accidents, landslides, toxic torts, trip and fall injuries, drowning, mold exposure, automobile accidents, construction defects, homeowners’ association disputes, wrongful death, assault and battery, water intrusion and more.

As a cyclist, sailor, scuba diver, equestrian, runner, photographer, swimmer and triathlete, Robin is especially drawn to litigating cases involving recreational pursuits.

Robin presents cases before judges and juries and negotiates case resolutions.  She drafts endorsements to insurance policies and advises businesses regarding risk analysis and contract interpretation.

Successfully defended a landowner so that he had no liability in a case involving a mudslide encompassing several properties and alleging damages in the millions of dollars.

In a case involving traumatic disfigurement to a plaintiff caused when a horse bit her nose off, we obtained a favorable resolution for the horse owner.

Achieved a jury verdict of no liability for a homeowner in a case involving a child who drowned in the homeowner’s pool.

In a case in which property owners were alleged to be responsible for catastrophic injuries to a cyclist caused by an accident in which their worker’s vehicle collided with the cyclist, we obtained a favorable resolution for the property owners.

Obtained a large settlement for plaintiffs in an action involving construction defects to a multi-million dollar personal residence.

In a potentially strong case in which the plaintiff claimed she slipped on wet concrete at a water park, we defended the water park, significantly reducing its exposure, risk and ultimate financial involvement.

Successfully extracted a business owner from a wrongful death case in which plaintiffs claimed a property defect caused the automobile accident that killed their decedent.

Significantly reduced the exposure of an automobile repair shop in an action in which a vehicle’s tire ruptured and caused death and catastrophic injury.

In a case involving a mudslide that resulted in death and injuries to numerous people, we obtained a dismissal of an uphill landowner.

Limited the financial exposure of property owners in a case involving alleged exposure to mold in a rental unit.
