Michelle H. Le joined Grant, Genovese & Baratta, LLP as an associate attorney practicing in the insurance litigation department. Ms. Le attended the University of California, Los Angeles for both her undergraduate and law school education. During law school, she was awarded the UCLA School of Law Faculty Scholarship Award and the UCLA School of Law Graduate Opportunity Fellowship. Ms. Le also worked as an extern for the Honorable Margaret M. Morrow of the United States District Court, Central District Court of California. After law school, she was awarded an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Legal Fellowship.
Ms. Le has a diverse background of experience representing clients in civil rights and employment law matters involving police misconduct, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, sexual harassment, and complex litigation class actions, among other issues. She has worked with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, private sector law firms, and other public sector entities. Now specializing in defense litigation, Ms. Le’s prior experience has informed her present work, enabled her to provide dedicated and tailored advocacy, and helped her to achieve the best possible results for her clients. Ms. Le has succeeded on dispositive motions, achieved case dismissals, and negotiated favorable settlements.
